Fees

Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length, and are $150 per session. Couples and family sessions are $200 per 50 minutes, or $325 for 90 minutes. We have a limited amount of sliding scale openings based on financial needs, which are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Immigration Psychological Evaluations include 2 interview meetings with the client(s), consultations with attorneys, and report write-up. Fees and scheduling are discussed at time of contact. 

Telehealth sessions, psychological testing, chart reviews, client-requested consultations with other professionals or collaterals will be charged at the same rate, and prorated to 15 minute intervals. 

Payments
Payment is due at the beginning of every session. Payments can be made via credit cards and health insurances. 
Credit Card and Insurance payments require written authorizations to comply with HIPPA regulations.

Insurances
Our providers are in-network with Aetna, ABC, Health Net, Medicare, Optum/UHC, and TRICARE. Co-payments are collected at the beginning of each visit. Please contact your health insurance to find out what your co-pay is. 
A signed Release of Information is required to grant our provides access to your protected health information (PHI). Please bring your Group ID number, your insurance policy number, the name of the primary policy holder, and the insurance company contact number. 
    
Out-of-Network Services - if you would like to utilize your health insurance benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Prior to your first session, please call the number on your insurance card and verify if your insurance will cover your visits. 

Cancellations and No Shows:
In the event of medical illness or emergencies, appointments will be rescheduled. Your health is a priority and self-care is strongly encouraged. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without medical justification, a fee of $100 will be applied. This fee is billed directly to the client; health insurances are not billed for missed sessions.
